Help with Scopack on the web and in the app.

For help with your account, your projects, invoices or the Scopack app, email info@scopack.com. Please include the email address you sign in with and, if it's about a project, the project name.

Getting started

Creating an account: accounts are created at scopack.com. There is no sign-up in the mobile app.
Onboarding: new clients complete onboarding on the website, in a browser on a laptop or desktop computer. It covers your profile, business details, project requirements and a call with our team.
The mobile app: once onboarding is complete, sign in to the Scopack app on iPhone or Android with the same email and password (or the same Apple or Google account) you use on the website.

Common questions

The app says my account setup isn't complete

Your onboarding on the website isn't finished yet. Sign in at scopack.com on a computer and complete the remaining steps, then sign in to the app again.

I forgot my password

Use "Forgot password" on the sign-in screen of the website or the app. We'll email you a 6-digit code to set a new password.

Sign in with Apple or Google says there is no account

The app only signs in to existing Scopack accounts. Create your account at scopack.com first, using the same email address as your Apple or Google account.

Paying an invoice

Open the invoice in the app and tap Pay Now to pay by card or Apple Pay, or pay on the website. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. Credits are added on the website and can be applied to invoices in the app.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account yourself. In the app, open Settings and tap Delete Account. On the website, open the menu under your name, choose Manage Account, then Delete account. Your account is removed 30 days after you ask; signing in again before then keeps it. If you can't sign in, email info@scopack.com from the address you sign in with.
